Wix lets you place your own code with the Embed HTML element. Drop it on any page, paste the Shopreviews snippet and resize the element to fit your chosen layout.
Step by step
- Copy your snippet
Choose a layout, colours and review sources in the widget builder and copy the embed snippet.
- Add an Embed HTML element
In the Wix Editor click Add Elements (+) → Embed Code → Embed HTML.
- Paste the snippet
Click Enter Code, choose Code, paste the snippet and click Update. Drag the element's edges until the whole widget is visible.
- Publish
Click Publish and check the page on your live site.
Menu names are shown in English; in a translated admin they have the local equivalent.
What the embed snippet looks like
<div data-shopreviews="carousel"
data-lang="en"
data-sources="google,trustpilot,kiyoh"></div>
<script src="https://cdn.shopreviews.com/widget.js" async></script>
Example only: copy your own snippet from the widget builder or your Shopreviews dashboard. It contains your layout, colours, language and review sources.

Where to place the widget
- Homepage — a carousel or grid below the first section.
- Product page — below the product details in your Wix Stores product page.
- Every page — a floating popup via Settings → Custom Code (body end, all pages).
Good to know
- Embed HTML places the widget in an iframe, so a floating popup cannot cover the page from there. Use Custom Code for the popup layout.
- Check the mobile view in the editor and adjust the element height there as well.
