BigCommerce gives you two built-in ways to add the Shopreviews snippet: the HTML widget in Page Builder for a widget at a fixed spot, and Script Manager for scripts that should run on every page.
Step by step
- Copy your snippet
Choose a layout, colours and review sources in the widget builder and copy the embed snippet.
- Open Page Builder
Go to Storefront → My Themes and click Customize on your live theme.
- Drop in an HTML widget
Open the page you want (for example a product page), drag the HTML widget into place and paste the snippet.
- Publish
Click Publish and check the page on your live store.
Menu names are shown in English; in a translated admin they have the local equivalent.

Where to place the widget
- Product pages — below the product details, so shoppers see your score before they buy.
- Homepage — a carousel or grid under the hero banner.
- Every page — a floating popup or badge via Script Manager (location: footer, pages: all pages).
Good to know
- Use Script Manager only for the popup and floating badge layouts; inline layouts such as the carousel belong in an HTML widget at a fixed position.
