Both put Trustpilot reviews on your website, but they solve different problems. TrustBox shows one platform with Trustpilot's branding. Shopreviews is a review aggregator: it collects reviews from several platforms and shows them as one overall score in your own style.

When TrustBox is enough
- Trustpilot is the only platform where you collect reviews.
- A basic TrustBox (for example a star rating with a link) covers what you need.
- You want the official Trustpilot look, including their logo.
When Shopreviews fits better
- Your reviews are spread over several platforms, such as Google and Trustpilot, or Kiyoh and Trusted Shops.
- You want carousels or grids without upgrading your Trustpilot plan.
- You want the widget to match your shop's design and show one combined score.
Can you use both?
Yes. Many shops keep a small TrustBox in the footer and use Shopreviews on product pages to show all reviews together. Shopreviews reads your public Trustpilot reviews, so nothing changes in your Trustpilot account.
